1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Freenger (the "Service"), operated by Ezotopz Automation ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in Malaysia (registration no. 202503197106 / LA0080640-H) with its registered address at 43-2, Jalan Temenggung 21/9, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Batu 9 Cheras, 43200 Cheras, Selangor. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Freenger is an AI-powered content platform that helps Malaysian SMEs research keywords, generate SEO-optimised blog content and images, and publish that content to connected websites and social platforms. Features and pricing may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Credits, Fees & Payment

Access to certain features (such as content generation and image generation) consumes credits. Credit pricing, packages, and any applicable fees are as displayed in the Service at the time of purchase. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to spam, manipulate search rankings deceptively, or violate the terms of any platform you publish to (e.g. Google, WordPress, social networks).
• Upload or connect credentials you are not authorised to use (e.g. a third party's WordPress or Google account without permission).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. AI-Generated Content

Freenger uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI models) to generate blog content, images, and related material based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable laws before publishing it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or achieves any particular search ranking or business outcome.

Subject to these Terms and full payment of applicable credits, you own the content generated for your account and may use it for your business purposes.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms, including but not limited to WordPress, Directus, Google Search Console, and social media platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service. You represent that you have the right to connect and publish to any platform or account you link to Freenger. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Freenger name, logo, software, and underlying technology are owned by ezotopz and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or underlying software beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, or any specific SEO ranking, traffic, or business result from using generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezotopz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is warranted (e.g. security or legal risk). Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination unless required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
